TERMS OF USE

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the SilverSky Email Encryption service. Please read them carefully.  Each user is solely responsible for his or her transmissions through MailSafe. 

The MailSafe secure email service is intended to allow subscribed users to securely transfer information, which is deemed to be proprietary and confidential via email to their designated recipient(s).  This information is intended only for the use of the recipient and should not be forwarded using unsecure email under any circumstances.
Any emails sent by the recipient in reply to the original sender will also be considered proprietary and confidential information.

As a condition of your use of the Service, you affirm to SilverSky that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. 

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES 
SilverSky reserves the right to review and change this agreement regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the agreement on this Web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing SilverSky Email Encryption policies. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
